How can I check the delivery status?

The order confirmation email contains the Tracking Number, a code that allows you to track the package in real time on the courier's website.

 

If you have a My Account, you can follow your order directly from the "My orders" section.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently ship to Albania, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, the Netherlands, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.

Are there any addresses you cannot deliver to?

We are unable to deliver to post office boxes or "hold mail" services.

Additionally, we cannot ship to the following locations: Campione d'Italia, Lake Lugano, Livigno, Azores, Madeira, French Overseas Departments, Channel Islands, Gibraltar, Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Andorra, Ceuta, Melilla, Åland Islands, San Marino and Vatican City.

Where can I find a size guide?

On the product page, under "Size and fitting", you can find our size guide. You can also use our FitFinder tool to get personalised recommendations on the best size for you.

Can I change my order before it is dispatched?

Changes can be made before the warehouse finishes processing the order. If you've changed your mind, we recommend reaching out to our Customer Service team as soon as possible so they can check the status of your order.

In any case, you can request a return within 14 days of delivery, no matter the reason. You can find more details under "Returns and Refunds" and "Terms and Conditions".

What are the delivery times and costs?

Shipping is always free and delivery usually takes place within 4-8 working days.

Orders are delivered Monday to Friday during office hours. Dispatches and deliveries are not made on Saturdays, Sundays or national holidays.

Make sure to provide an address where someone will be available to collect the package. If you prefer to have your order delivered to your office or a concierge, please indicate the company name or the name of the contact person.

What happens if i'm not home when the courier arrives?

The courier will leave a note with their contact details. Please contact the courier to check if a second delivery attempt will be made or if your order will be left at a collection point (access point).

If you do not contact the courier or fail to collect your order from the collection point, the package will be returned to our warehouse after a few days. Our Customer Service team will then contact you to discuss whether you'd like the package redelivered or if you'd prefer a refund.
